Palm Deuces is the Deuces Wild video poker game you may have seen in

Vegas and elsewhere. Now you can play it wherever you go on your

Pilot!

You are dealt five cards; you can choose to keep any, none, or all

of them and replace the rest with new cards. The object is to get

the best hand possible. All four deuces are wild cards which can

take the place of any card in the deck. Here is how the hands rank,

and what the payoff is based on a bet of $1:

Royal flush (no 2s): $4000

Four deuces: $200

Royal flush with 2s: $25

Five of a kind: $15

Straight flush: $9

Four of a kind: $5

Full House: $4

Flush: $3

Straight: $2

Three of a kind: $1

To play, first select a bet between $1 and $5 with the bet buttons

(Bet 1 is a $1 bet, Bet +1 increases your bet by $1, Bet Max bets $5)

and simply hit the deal button to deal the initial five cards.

Select any cards you want to keep with your pen (if you change

your mind, you can unselect any card by hitting it with the pen again)

and then hit deal again. You will win money (if any) based on your

hand at this point. Then bet again (or just hit deal to reuse the

previous bet). Unlike the real world, you can reset your bankroll

to $100 from the menu.

Installation of the game is simple; simply use your PalmPilot install

tool (INSTAPP.EXE) to install the other file in this archive,

deuces.prc. Then at your next HotSync, the game will be installed.

I hope you enjoy playing Palm Deuces. It is shareware with a fifteen

version is fully functional but will time out after 15 days. Registration

is only $8 and takes only a few seconds, and it will give you all
