UKG TeleStaff (formerly Kronos Workforce TeleStaff)

UKG-telestaff, previously referred to as kronos-workforce-telestaff, is an automated public safety scheduling as well as staffing platform. It integrates with other related software, such as UKG Ultimate and UKG Ready, to optimize scheduling, communications, and deployment of public safety personnel.

Contacts manager

Features a contact manager that not only lists profiles of users but also filters and directs messages to appropriate destinations and in an ordered manner such that high priority messages are delivered first.

Scheduling

Originally built as a public safety scheduling software, UKG Telestaff allows for advanced scheduling of tasks and events and communicates the scheduled tasks or events with the concerned parties. The tasks can further be scheduled into either long term, mid-term, or long term schedules depending on urgency and priority.

Auto alarm

Schedules and notifies of predefined tasks on the roster based on dates, region or shifts.

CSV file imports

Allows users to import data and schedules that were previously entered on other sites and platforms. The data has to be made in Comma Separated Variable, CSV, format for it to be actionable on UKG- Telestaff.

Bidding

UKG Telestaff allows employees to bid on various competitive aspects of employment such as leave days and shifts. Bidding may also be applied in tasks to allow employers to get the best people for a job in a more equitable, transparent and just way.

Reports

The software produces actionable reports such as audit trails and personnel history.

Automated lists

Telestaff provides for creation of various lists as a means of data presentations. Lists that can be created on UKG Telestaff include staffing lists and vacancy lists. Automated lists limit editing of the master copy to creators.

Integrated communication

Support for various methods of communication among users including phone calls, emails and texting to disseminate information.

Rules

Rules are distinct parameters for sorting row data. Telestaff allows users to apply rules to lists and in effect choose how detailed the results gotten are.

Staffing and hiring

Employers can easily post available job openings, receive applications from prospective candidates, conduct interviews and communicate resolutions to concerned candidates, all on UKG Telestaff.
