This modification for DOOM 3 offers tweaked gameplay and a more engrossing experience, rebalanced weapons, new sounds, new AI and tweaked monsters.

Main features:
==============
-Balanced dynamic lighting in muzzleflashes.
Different muzzleflash radius for different guns.
-Gibbing restricted to Chainsaw, Shotgun, RL and BFG
-Hand gun firing rate reduced but much more damaging.
-Machine gun firing rate increased, ammo reduced and packs a more
powerful shot.
-Modded the firing rate of (almost) all projectile-based weapons.
Ammo damage, Max_Ammo, clip size, and ammo packs edited to
maintain the original balance.
-Removed(non-noticable shadows for a boost in performance)
and tweaked some shadow effects.
-Chaingun bullets flashes when hitting a surface.
Increased clipsize and rate of fire but reduced damage.
-Blue aura eminating from Plasma gun.
-Shotgun spread reduced.
-Wall impact holes vary in size for each bullet-based gun.
-pak_HUMUS_ATI_patch.pak contains a tweak for ATI cards.

-BFG explosion now has dynamic lighting that would brighten
up a warehouse as it should
-All melee zombies (Not deamons or commando zombies.)
come back to life after a short period of time unless gibbed.
(Which means to keep them dead after shooting them you
have to pull out the chainsaw and dismember them. :D )
-New AI for a few commando zombies.
-Included a shorcut to instantly run the mod.

-first mod I made for Doom3. Not released in public.
-Needed some minor bugs but playable.
-Tweaked shadow effects kinda sucks(not that it doesn't
look good, It just makes the game a bit slower)
-Level restarts the first time the mod is used

-Bugs fixed.
-Studied Oneofthe8devilz's U-E-Q mod to figure out what I did
wrong in tweaking the shadows. I was successful, slowdowns
minimized.
-Used some parts of Captain_Brian's Project Brian mod and
improved on it. Specifically the melee zombies' behavior.
-Named the mod EXTEMUS
-Rebalanced all the weapons.
-Level still restarts the first time it is used.
To do:
-Fix level restart problems.
-Try and minimize or totally remove some slowdowns.
-Delay Demon's burn-out time.
-Figure out how to do specific parts gibbing. (Like when you
shoot a leg, it comes rigght off. Not sure if it is possible
though)

I haven't finished the game so i'm not sure if some of my tweaks
may affect other parts in the game. If so contact me and address
it to me so I could fix it. Or if you can fix it yourself then
I'll give you props (If you would be kind enough to contact me so
I could implement it in future versions mod). as I have addressed
earlier this mod restarts the level you're currently playing so
It is advisable to use the mod only before a new level starts.
And please have the courtesy to contact me if you are to use this
in a mod that is to be released in public. Or at least give me
some credit.

Installation:
a. Extract all files to your Doom 3 directory:
\Program Files\Doom 3\
b. Copy the shortcut, Doom 3 EX, to your desktop, Start menu or
wherever.
