This adds a basement to the Imperial City My House that you can buy for 2,000 Septims. (The House, that is. The Basement comes with it.)

It's not that expansive, but it's nice to have a little something extra to go along with the cheap house. If you have a new character, this mod will be better, also.

Full Leather Armor, for new characters,

A tiny, little secret, that will help new characters a little bit,

A bed,

Two pet rats, Ivory and Ebony.
