Wavo is a very unique tool in the Email marketing world: It automates cold Emails based on a variety of criteria you select, thus enabling you to generate leads and sales. 

The program does the above based on your inputs. This means that you are the one who selects the text, logos, color schemes, and content of your Emails. Those Emails will automatically go out to an audience that you select, inputting automatically into your CRM and allowing you to track your progress. Responses, too, can be automated, saving you a ton of time, work, and pay as you generate leads.

Wavo will give you extensive and intensive analytics, enabling you to view the information you are sending out and gauge the best results. This helps you determine how to approach your clients and leads going forward.

Of course, one Email probably won't do a ton, and Wavo understands that. Based on the actions selected by the people on your Email list, like what they click on or if they even open the Email, you can set up Wavo to engage in a customized follow-up. All of the information in this follow-up can be altered based on the behavior of the leads, and the only real limit is your imagination and understanding of how Wavo works. As such, it truly has extensive potential to automate your lead engagement with clients. 

Setting up Wavo is easy: All you have to do is import a list. Again, the key theme of Wavo is truly customization, so you can import the lists with a variety of notes and labels, and all of this information will transfer when you set up your Wavo account. 

Wavo also comes with the features you would come to expect out of any sort of Email client, including intensive scheduling and A/B testing. This means that you get everything that your standard Email program would come with, and more. 

Perhaps the only problem with Wavo is that it is not cheap for some users. The starter pack is just $29 a month, but this is missing many important options, including many important customization options and 1:1 access to customer support. For new users, that last item in particular may be a real challenge. By contrast, the full version has all of these options - and more - but can cost up to $199 a month. While this may be a perfectly reasonable number for many companies, smaller businesses that may want to take advantage of Wavo may balk at such a high price.
