Fallout: New Vegas - Energy Shields Mod
This modification gives yourself and random monsters through the Mojave energy shields which gives you more resilience in combat. The shields recharge over time when you stop taking damage, which promotes cover gameplay. You can find shields in stores, loot and even off fallen enemies.
