Here's the v1.03 update for the Battlefront.com edition of Strategic Command WWII Global Conflict. More than a hundred improvements, fixes and tweaks to both the game engine as well as the editor - many based on feedback from the fan community forums and email - make this one of the biggest patches for one of the biggest grand strategy games out there.
This v1.07 patch is an all-inclusive patch, and can be patched over previous versions (1.00 thru 1.06).
