CHANGES:

-Fixed compatibility for non-SSE chipsets such as the AMD Thunderbird

-Fixed bug with level 0 not being accessible

-Fixed death loop bug

-Fixed crash bug when proper movie codec was not installed

-Fixed bug with thrown-weapon selection

-Fixed bug with being able to switch weapons during rebirth effect (End of game)
