TR Racing v4 Upgrade

TR Racing allows you to ride flying animals that were originally in Rune. The flying "racers" include a Beetle, Bird, Lizard, and Fish. This will update your v3 to v4.

- For servers only, no client downloads please

- Do not use with TR Bullet Proof

- Does not require HOV, works with Rune 1.06 and up

- Requires a previous version of TR Racing (Ver 3)

- Upgrades TR Racing ver 3 to ver 4

- New Racing Map: Urban Combat (TRcity)

- Improved suicide crash protection.

- Improved Anti Chat-Spam hud.

- Fixes Rune's non-dedicated map switching.

- Fixes Rune's 2 Handed weapon + shield bug.

- Counteracts the "Wankingzbot" and similar aimbots.

- Support for HOV and custom models.
