Gangwars Version 1.4
Gangwars offers a new type of gameplay around a Ghetto / Inner City setting..
Two gangs settle scores in urban settings by process of extermination. Each neighborhood has two narcotics bags, one for each gang, at specific locations ready to be picked up. The person who picks up their specific gang bag becomes a gang leader. Gang leaders, as the name suggests, reside higher in the gang hierarchy. They have access to high powered arsenal, and have a psychological influence on their gang mates; however, there is a price to pay for being a gang leader. Gang leaders are official 'Dead Men Walking' or DMW, as the bags they carry send out a blip on everybody's radar in a proximity of 2000 feet at a four second interval. This will result in the leaders being hunted down by enemy gang members. Gang leaders; however, influence their gang members by having every friendly gangster in their short proximity heal from their wounds gradually over time. This, of course, promotes team play and movement in packs. The adventurous gangsters who would like to flank the enemy can ignore their gang pack, but would not be able to heal with time - this is only recommended for snipers and stealthy players with silencers going after the enemy leader. When a player dies, they join the observer mode until the end of the round, or until they are respawned by their gang leader. The gang leader will respawn a dead fellow gangster each time they commit a homicide. An extermination of the enemy leader results in a 'juice up' (or a step higher in the gang hierarchy), which in turn, combined with money, gives access to higher weaponry. Dead gang leaders drop their narcotics bags for other gang mates to pick up. Under perfect conditions, the roster of dead gangsters oscillates between the two gangs until a whole gang is exterminated or until the act time is up and the round ends.
