This mutator lets you drop Bulldogs from the sky using only your common, household Translocator. It's quite fun to play around with. Not only can you drive them around, you can drop them on people, block pathways, and probably a lot of other things. You can now limit the amount of health given to cars, limit the amount of cars a person can have at a time, and disable entering the cars.
Pop CarLaunch.u and CarLaunch.int into your UT2003\System folder. You must have Translocators enabled for the mutator to work!
This mutator gives you a special translocator that launches normal beacons with the primary fire, and causes a Bulldog to appear above the beacon with alt-fire. Run up to one of the Bulldog's doors and press 'U' to enter it.
Launched cars can be entered: When checked, you can enter a car normally. Since driving the car on a network doesn't seem to work properly, uncheck this if you're running a server.
Maximum number of cars per player: If this isn't zero, players are only allowed to have a certain number of cars at a time. If a player has the maximum amount of cars and creates a new one, whichever car he made first is destroyed. If a player dies, so do all his cars.
How much health a car starts out with: The amount of health given to a new car. Note that weapons do half damage to Bulldogs, and the InstaGib only does 100 damage.
