TanX v0.1 sp demo
Command a tank in an open battlefield fight with other tanks.
PC Controls:
W,A,S,D - Move tank
Arrow Keys - Aim turret
Space - Shoot turret
Shift - Speed boost
(XBOX 360 Controller compatible) - recommended
Driving off the terrain results in funny things happening, so try it if you want but if you want to get far without losing progress or crashing try not to go out of bounds.
The game is ripped together as a class project with 2 other students that helped out with some of the interface. I did the main game engine and gameplay, my partners did the menu and audio stuff.
This is a class project done in xna with 1 full month of planning and development involved.
All textures and models where taken from varous places, and some functionality was borrowed from the xna website. Special thanks go to the teachers, students, and microsoft.
