Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Torch Merchant

This NPC allows you to buy torches. He is located in the Imperial City market district, and is a street wanderer.

Oblivion by default has no merchant selling torches--you must locate all torches in dungeons, clutter crates, etc.

Adds:

--The vendor NPC

--The vendor's bedroll

--The vendor's merchant chest (not viewable)

--Gives torches a value of 3 gold
