Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction - Plugin Mode

Plugins are files that can be ran with Diablo II to change some features in the game. (Sounds, animations, maps etc.)

This is a guide to make you understand the way to set up your Diablo II to run in Plugin-Mode:

The fast and easy way to install the PlugIns:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1. Go to your Diablo II directory, usually "C:\Programfiler\Diablo II" or something.

2. Dump the "data" folder there. (Where save and support folders are)

3. Paste the "Diablo II Plugin-Mode -by P-ZycO"-shortcut on your Desktop.

4. Play Diablo II in Plugin-Mode and have damn fun. I hope you enjoy !

The method way to set up Diablo II to run with Plugins:

1. Right-click on the shortcut, and chose "Properties".

2. Now you will see alot of info, and you see the "Target:"-line,

it usually says something like "C:\Programfiler\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe".

3. Now just write " -direct-txt" in the back of the "C:\Programfiler\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" target.

The result will be alike "C:\Programfiler\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe -direct-txt".

-Notice the

--> "C:\Programfiler\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe

-direct-txt".

=Spacebar on keyboard

4. If you read this correctly and are a easy-learning dude... are you ready to play Diablo II on Plugin-Mode !

5. Last thing to do is only to run the shortcut you now pasted or moded, and enter... My World !

1. Enter the Shortcut, select Properties, look for Target.

It looks like this "C:\Programfiler\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe"

2. Then type in " -direct-txt" in the back of the Target text.

It looks like this "C:\Programfiler\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe -direct-txt"

Dont forget, REMEMBER and please understand:

If you want to switch back to original Diablo II, just erase the " -direct-txt" from Target in the shortcut.
