Netrek is a free multiplayer online space battle game. Team up to battle with and against people around the world. As a player, you captain different starships to engage enemy ships, bomb armies and invade planets in order to expand your team's space empire and conquer the universe. The ultimate goal is to wipeout the enemy race by taking their planets. The carnage of battles along the way is ruthlessly fast paced and a lot of fun. Netrek XP 2006 v1.1 includes many new features, incredible graphic and sound enhancements, an updated configuration utility and a tutorial for new players.
