Fallout 3 - Green Glowing Ghoul Skin v1.03
This skin improves the texture on Ghouls to a bright glow in the dark green making them easier to see and having a more of a radiation exposure appearance.
To install put the *.dds files from the zip file in to \Fallout 3\Data\Textures\creatures\ghoulferal
and don't forget to change the fallout.ini / Fallout 3 and My Documents\My Games\Fallout3\ FALLOUT.INI and somewhere in line 730 to bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 in order to use the new content.
