Rapid deployment of tactical personnel is required to clear suspicious activity occurring within the Steiner Center parking garage. Reports indicate armed suspects are roaming the Steiner Center parking garage; their intentions are unknown at this time. Be aware that the Steiner Center is the site for the "Hands Across America" tribute; an event opposed to by many extremists groups. The suspects within the attached garage could be scouting the structure for future criminal activity aimed at the tribute, or worse, could be planting explosive devices. All possibilities must be considered; due diligence is required.
