Easy-to-use bit of software that generates a random start cadence for use in swimming or track pratice. User inputs the time desired, up to 120 seconds, between starts and 2-5 seconds after "take your mark", the tone sounds. Also, randomized false starts occur 5% of the time. Uses actual starting tones so that the athlete can practice with the proper sound.
