UT2004 - Gem Feeder v3.01 Patch

What's New:

* Altar emitters spawn client side

* Various effects (ABOMBS, GEM SHATTERS, WEE!!) now spawned client side

* Gem glow effect syncs up properly online!

* Fixed abomb disarmer exploit

* Phantom "Press USE to swap with this gem/abomb" messages exorcised

* EditorGame now replicates gem counts to clients when playing online (HUD updates properly)

* Gems now take damage from lava etc

* Fixes for various wonky ABomb effects

* Fixed several sources of Accessed None log spam

* Package was "conformed" so that original clients can still connect to servers that are running this fix.
