Changed AA style to SH

Changes the Allied Assault font and chat sound to match the cleaner SpearHead style.

This mod changes the font in Medal of Honor:Allied Assault to the font used in the Spearhead Expansion Pack, which is much cleaner. It also changes the sound made when I chat line appears from the loud click to a radio squelch, like in Spearhead.
