This addon simply increases the damage of some of the weapons in the game to make them viable as primary weapons. This addon is not designed to be realistic; It simply makes these weapons to be more useful.
The following weapons are affected by this addon, and I have listed their original damage values as well as the new values. The first number is the base damage, followed by the damage bonus from a critical hit.

10mm Pistol: 9, 9
Silenced 10mm Pistol: 8, 5
Hunting Rifle: 25, 25
Ol' Painless: 30, 30
Reservist's Rifle: 40, 40
Victory Rifle: 40, 40

The weapons will still be somewhat weaker than the really powerful weapons such as the magnum and shotguns, but they will deal respectable damage and won't be gimpy.
