PHC Blackout
The object of the game is to change all of the tiles to black. You will notice that as you move the cursor over tiles some tiles will be highlighted with a lime green color. This is to let you know which tiles will be affected by your move. If you click on a tile the highlighted tile icons will change or "flip" from its current icon to the opposite icon. Remember, the goal is to change all of the tiles icons to black. Hence the name PHC Blackout.
