Tribal Ctf - Beta R1.1 Patch

New in Tribal Ctf - Beta R1.1:

- cg_forcemodel bug fixed

- Server browser code improved

- Hud fixed for Fixed Ctf

- Dual captures are rewarded with 3 capture points in Freestyle Ctf

- Removed dual capture capability in Fixed Ctf

- Flags are now droppable. Key bind can be set from the Controls/Misc menu

- You can pick up a flag beyond its capture limit. Implemented for tactical reasons.

- Voice-over bug fixed ('teams are tied' etc.)

- You can't pick up flags from 'empty' teams

- Spectator score-tab fixed

- Numerous small 'oddities' :)
