4x4 Evolution Beta Test Patch

This is the patch that will update your 4x4 Evolution demo to the latest release.

Hello loyal off-road racing fans.

To install this patch, extract it to a temporary directory.

Run 4x4TestPatch2.exe

Follow the instructions.

Please note that this patch process can take quite a while on older machines. You should also have an additional 60MB of free space on the drive you are running the patch from or it will fail. If you try to run this patch from a CD, it will fail (must be run from a hard drive). You must have installed 4x4 Evolution Public Test Global Build 5 for this patch to work (the build is displayed on the main 4x4 screen) - otherwise it will fail.

When the patch is finished, although your icon will still say 4x4 Evolution, it will really be the patched files that you will be running.

This version has significant code changes in multiplayer over the previous pubic test version. You will not be able to connect to or race against anyone who does not have this update.

All of your settings, including for your controller will be reset when this patch is installed.
