The bases are on seperate ends of a huge dam holding back millions of gallons of water. Run over the top or through the water to attack the enemy base.

This is my first ever Unreal Tournament map, and now while I'm
actually writing this I already made some other stuff, and know
things about the editor I didn't know when I made this level.
The water part may be a bit heavy in D3D mode. I don't have that
problem with Glide though. I do not know how to fix this.
