This modification makes the subtle change of adding ripples when it rains. This is the high resolution version at 2048x2048 of the rain ripple effect. To install, extract the textures folder into your Skyrim/Data folder. To test this effect, go to a body of water and type "sw c8220" in the console command to make it rain.
