Gives you a rather powerful beam katana, capable of disintegrating targets. Requires 100 in Melee Weapons to be used effectively, and a STR of at least 5. The VATS attack is Dragon Roar, which deals a hell of a lot of damage and also delivers damage over time for about 7 seconds. Plus it looks pretty cool and glows in the dark.
