Meet your maker or not it's a battle of real trial and error.
Under the eyes of the edifice the soldiers of the 34th
Division began their attack on January 24, two days after the landing at Anzio.
The Allied forces own the Port of Anzio and move to build up forces.
This is where we start our game play. The main ship battles are over and now it's
the main ground attacks that we put you in charge of. But remember this, heres a
clue. It took the Allies more than a week to gain a bridgehead across the Rapido
and into the mountains beyond it. Then, while one regiment of the division remained on a shelf of
relatively low ground and tried to drive south along it into the town of Cassino,
the other two regiments went up into the mountains. In other words, split up.
