DETAILS OF CHANGES
Major Bugfixes:
* Fixed a crash that could occur when using ALT+TAB
* Fixed a bug with loadouts/team buttons sometimes missing
* Fixed an issue that was allowing extra mortars to be fired from the tank and convoy
* Added feature where players not participating in the game will be kicked due to inactivity
* Overdrive now scales based on the relative velocity of the impact and will only occur during overdrive
* It is now possible for multiple players to get Assist scores on the same target
* Jetpacking is now prevented during lock-on to prevent accidentally breaking lock-on
* When jetpacking, lock-on prompt will disappear (and be unavailable) to prevent accidentally breaking jetpack
* Detpack detonation is no longer limited by the throw animation cooldown
* Detpacks can now only be detonated after they have stuck to a surface
* Detpacks that have stuck to a surface be detonated even while other detpacks are being thrown
* GNovodexCooking startup problem should be resolved for some users installing the game
Minor Bugfixes:
* Improved autobalance logic to be more fair
* Player count now correctly displays on the loading screen during map rotation
* Fixed an issue that was breaking loadouts if a player died while using a Supply Depot
* Fixed an issue with the death camera doing strange things
* Fixed an issue that was causing players to get stuck on the radar dishes by CP4 in Utah Crash Site
* Fixed Heavy Armor sliding that could occur during a fatality
* Kill credit now properly given when enemy is killed by a water death
* Fixed a problem where a world damage kill would get you both a Kill and an AutoKill
* “Matthews” voice set correctly identifies a tank as a tank, instead of as a heavy
* Micro Sensor feat now accrues for both enemy and neutral CP's (non-friendly)
* Fixed zoom getting stuck in bad state if reload is interrupted and player was zoomed when reload started
* Fixed an issue where previous weapon's zoom depth could affect vehicle's zoom depth
* Fixed issues with the Missile Launcher missiles either not firing or doing no damage in high latency
* Fixed problems where repaired structures would still visually appear damaged
* Fixed some gear system flaws related to entering/exiting vehicles and changing seats
* Fixed visual problems with first person weapon when riding tank
* AI will now use Microsensor and Sensor Blocker
* Fixed badges for killing DCM actors being awarded even after DCM is over
* Damage record now only counts damage towards enemy players
* Fixed problem where after overdrive server/client would get confused about which weapon you had equipped
Overall Balance:
* Reduced elevator damage to survivable levels
* Increased VIP and Commando health significantly
* Added piercing reticle for the tank anti infantry cannon
* Bomb and Intel will now ride elevators
* VIP is equipped with gear that reduces the damage taken from AA turrets
* Increased the rate at which the convoy can be repaired
* Increased the aiming turn rate for the heavy and the tank anti infantry cannon
* Reduced time to get an Avenger score from 30 to 10 seconds
* Supply depot now repairs as quickly as a repair tool
* Tank MG’s and Heavy MG’s lose less accuracy per shot fired
* Shotgun has slightly less randomness in its spread
* Ranks: Changed XP level distribution to make lower ranks have more separation and higher ranks have less separation
* Ranks: Increased the total amount of XP required to reach maximum ranks

KNOWN ISSUES
* Players are still sometimes disconnecting between transitions
* The AI will sometimes become unresponsive when dealing with DCM actors
* Playing with a joystick causes the player to run in circles
* Pressing Alt+Tab occassionally crashes the game
