Fallout 3 - Speed Mod v1.27
This mod speeds up the walk rate to a more comfortable pace. The run speed remains unchanged but the original walk setting are faster.
Install
===============
Add the .esp file to your fallout3/data directory.
Edit your plugins.txt file (found in root->users->youruser->appdata->local->fallout3 in vista.
(the appdata folder is hidden)
To the plugins.txt add the text "SpeedMod.esp" right under where it says "fallout3.esm
Uninstall
===============
Remove "SpeedMod.esp" from your fallout3/data directory.
Remove the "SpeedMod.esp" line from your plugins.txt
