Quake 2 - Bright Skin Rocket Arena pak
This pak is for Rocket Arena 2 and is brighter than originals.
Just put the pak in your arena or baseq2 folder, and make sure that if you don't want the pak overrided, have it be the highest pak # in the folder. Also, rename the pak from PAK8VANILLA to just pak8.
