This is a new object, you -can- use it to replace the stock Razor if you wish.
I made this because I've always hated the original Razor and decided to try my hand at modding. The model is stock, the textures I've edited to look (in my opinion) much better. It's also twice as strong. This is not a god weapon, but it beats the hell out of that stock one.
Cleaned with TESTool and TESDTK.
