Just Put It In your UT2004/Maps folder and start an instant action game.
All Vehicles are placed with swapping in mind. So if you want to use a Helicopter (atackapa, Predator from "Air Power Mod" Helitank... etc)the blades will not hit walls and kill you before you take off,and no stuck vehicles.
I didint put an offical link setup in, You can make your own...
Open UnrealED open this map minnamize unrealed open ut2004-instantaction-thismap-dont !dont need to start match! just hit map then linkdesigner- design your link setup- Save it As Default - hit export yo ed- close ut2004- restore unrealED- right click anywhere- paste- click build- wait... wait... Save Close unrealED and Play
