Allows to play the 16 player Mashtuur City in Singleplayer
Allows low-end computers to play Mashtuur City (16 Player varient) in SinglePlayer. This map is DICE's 16 player layout with no changes to it. I only added the StrategicAreas. This includes Kysterama's 64 player version, but it will NOT show up in the menu unless you tweak it yourself.
