Modified version of the map El Alamein to help balance gameplay more effectively.
Well the name says it all. I modified the orginal EL Alamein map. I don't know about some people but I get tired of being on the recieving end of the SCUD, SA-3, and Iraqi Planes in the US main base. You know what I'm talking about. Not being able to get out of the US main base to even attempt to capture a flag. Well this is what I did. I moved the armor in
the US base so that the SCUD will not blow up every piece of armor. Also the US has a 2nd airfield now. That's right a 2nd airfield. That way the SCUD will have to move to hit it. Also some armor spawns on it so the US side will have the chance to get out now. Also the SA-3 has been moved in the Iraqi base so it will not reach into the new airfield. The Iraqi
side has 2 SA-3's and the US has 3 Patriot sites. Reason for this is the range of the SA-3 vs the Patriot. Also it does not take as much to blow up a Patriot site as it does a SA-3. Also added was the F117. I had many requests for it during testing. The A10 is still in but it has regular bombs not the cluster bombs as before. The F117 is very fargile meaning it does not take much to shoot it down. Not like the other planes. The reason for the A10 with regular bombs was for the simple fact that it does not take any aiming for the cluster bombs. The Apache and Hind spawn twice. I added more armor to the main bases too. One other thing is a 2nd piece of armor at each control point. As in my last map (DCF_Desert_Storm) I added a armory in the main bases. Also added were spawn vehicles. Sorry no Co OP or Single Player. Anyway have fun playing.
