This program allows you to cheat in various ways in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Move around the map and make cars invulnerable.

Some features of this cheat program are: move around the map quickly in-game by using your cursor keys, gain 30000 health and armor, get 9999/9999 ammo in your guns, lock your car doors or unlock all car doors, make your car invulnerable, copy stats from one car to another in-game (affecting only the vehicle you're in, not all of that type), port to a safe spot if you fall in the water, and blow up all cars you aren't inside. It will also store various locations in the game for you to teleport back to instantly by ALT-Tabbing out or using hotkeys inside the game.
