Clan di HLDM Tribute Video

Half-life deathmatch at its best! Clan di's 'tamale' presents 7 member's POVs along with more humor than you can shake a stick at! Start poppin' a bag of popcorn and get downloading!

*****taken straight from the readme.txt included in the zip*****

the official readme for di.avi, an HLDM video.

*************************************************

INSTRUCTIONS!!!

the ZIP file you downloaded contains the installer for the XviD codec, which is REQUIRED to play this movie! For best results, close all other programs before watching.. you'd hate to get interrupted by a "BLING" from AOL instant messenger.. so GO CLOSE IT!

There's also some pictures included for you to check out.. ENJOY!!!

*************************************************

i hope you all get a kick outta this! it's been a pleasure as well as a burden working on something so large, but thanks again to all those who helped in any way! :) sry for the wait.. but i finally got narchy to get me some nicer jumps and i got that stalkx split-screen thing done.. so here it is.. now go turn up your volume, full screen it (or better yet get a big tv) and let the gman guide you the rest of the way! after that.. download the latest version of AG (or the soon to be released HLE) and get fraggin'! :D

peace,

-tamale

*************************************************

Almost all custom sprites/crosshairs/weapon models seen are of Tamale's design, excluding the standard boxed (high fps) model set and nArchy's crosshairs.

This project was constructed in parts, with each segment a different premiere project. Each segment was built into an uncompressed avi and then re-imported into a new master premiere project. This project then added a 0.3 gaussian blur to all clips and was then exported to the final XviD build. Thanks to Mr Bozo for the blur effect idea.. it really helps the final file size.

a little on XviD:

XviD (DivX backwards) is a relatively new replacement for DivX that was created on the open-source scene when DivX got commercialized. Constantly updated, XviD allows for even more options than DivX with similar if not better results. Support the open source effort!
