This is a video of the powerful subweapon; the Vector Cannon from Anubis: Zone of the Enders; the second game to the Zone of the Enders series. Please note this is from the Japanese version.
This weapon cannot be obtained till later in the game, but after defeating the game, you can equip Jehuty with all the subweapons when you start a new game. The Vector Cannon requires you to be standing on the ground, with a good amount of subweapon energy to be used. However, "Damaged Jehuty" is using the Vector Cannon in this video which has unlimited subweapon energy.
