And some official stuff that you should already have if patched to 1.90 (or above).
Installation:
Unzip the "WeedOps.Noe.pbo" to ..\OperationFlashpoint\MPMissions
The file "stt_klr.pbo" goes to ..\OperationFlashpoint\Res\AddOns
