In Emperor of the Fading Suns, players control one of five noble houses, each trying to command enough votes to be crowned Emperor of the Known Worlds. Players must deal with complex politics as different factions try to force their own agendas and gain favor with the more powerful noble houses. War, treachery and trade all combine to make EFS a grand strategy game. Its immersive background and science fiction setting provide a unique feel and point of view.
