Aztec 3D Tools v1.1.3b

This is a good 3D program that allows you to view and create 3D surfaces and effects.

A host of changes has been made, most notably that the file format has changed to a nicer to read text format, and one that shouldn't need to be changed with every version of Aztec. There are a couple of sample files showing it off, along with subdivided objects and bones, so its all very cool.
