Update to previous soundpack with start of round sounds added, as well as alternate ctwin and terwin sounds!

from Rainbow Six and Carmeggedon2, and Sting!

1.gory death sounds(Carmeggedon2)

2.cool ct and terror win music(rainbow 6)

3.female hostage sounds(rainbow 6)

4.Cool ambience with spray(rainbow 6)

5.Sting sings when rescue happens

****UPDATE:I have included some start of round sounds!

also alternate ctwin and terwin sounds with voice!(rename them to use, ie: ctwin_voice to ctwin)****

place sound dir inside "Cstrike" directory

back up old sounds if you want them(rename)
