SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

Sponsored by IGN Entertainment, Inc. (the "Sponsor").

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Entry deadline is March 17th, 2006.

1. Eligibility: Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Demo Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the U.S., age 18 or older.

Employees of THQ Inc., Pandemic Studios and IGN Entertainment, Inc. (“IGN”), their respective parent companies; affiliates; subsidiaries; advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies; dealers; and each of their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations ("Official Rules"). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. To Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways:

(a) To enter online, enter your email address on the Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Demo sign-up page (http://www.fileplanet.com/promotions/fsw/) on the FilePlanet.com web site or (http://dnet.3dgamers.com/promotions/fsw/) on the 3dgamers.com web site between March 3, 2006, on or around 12:01 PM, Pacific Time, and March 17, 2006, on or around 5:01 PM, Pacific Time. Submit your email address and click on the button to download the demo.

(b) To enter by mail without obligation, hand-write your name, mailing address, email address (if you have one), phone number and date of birth on a 4"x6" card and mail to: Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Demo Sweepstakes, FilePlanet, 3070 Bristol Street, Suite 200, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 17, 2006, and be received by March 21, 2006.

No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only one entry per person, household or e-mail address is permitted, regardless of method of entry. Entrants submitting multiple entries or violating any of these Official Rules may be disqualified.

3. Prize Drawing: All Sweepstakes entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into a random prize drawing, to be held on or about February 15, 2006, by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Three (3) Prizes will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or mail. Limit one prize per person, per household.

4. Prizes and Odds: The prize to be awarded from the Sweepstakes is as follows:

One (1) Grand Prize Package: One (1) Garmin GPSMAP 60CS, One (1) Developer Signed Copy of the Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Retail box game, One (1) Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Strategy Guide by BradyGames, and one (1) Free 3-month subscription to Ign's Founders' Club.

Grand Prize Package retail value of approximately $560.00 (U.S.).

Two (2) Runner-up Prize Packages: One (1) Developer Signed Copy of the Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Retail box game, One (1) Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Strategy Guide by BradyGames, and one (1) Free 3-month subscription to Ign's Founders' Club.

Runner-up Prize Package retail value of approximately $80.00 (U.S.).

Odds of winning prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes that apply to the prize. No cash or other substitution of prize is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor, for a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Notification of Winner: Prize winners will be notified by email and/or mail. Winners notified by email may be required to provide their address and phone information within three (3) days of receipt of the email notification. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. All Prize winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within seven days of notification. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible; fails to claim a prize; prize or notification is returned as undeliverable; and where applicable, an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an email entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account specified in the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.

6. Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by you to IGN will be subject to IGN's privacy policy posted at http://corp.ign.com/privacy.html. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant IGN permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with THQ Inc. As a result, you may receive additional email communication or promotions from THQ Inc. Any personal information supplied by you in connection with the Sweepstakes will be subject to THQ Inc's privacy policy posted at: http://thq.com/privacy_pop.asp. IGN will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than to THQ Inc.

7. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is offered by IGN and prizes are supplied by IGN Entertainment and THQ Inc., neither of which are responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft, destruction, unauthorized access, or alterations of entry materials; or for phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program, or transmission malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. By participating and winning or accepting a prize, Winner releases THQ Inc. and IGN, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, independent judging organization, from any and all liability with respect to the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond IGN's or THQ Inc's control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing, computer or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. THQ Inc's and IGN’s decisions in all respects relative to the Sweepstakes are final. THQ Inc and IGN reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, for any reason, but in particular in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised, without liability to the entrant. THQ Inc and IGN reserve the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by THQ Inc or IGN in their sole discretion. The winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes, including income taxes, on the value of the prize received. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply.

8. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of his or her name, photo and likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become the property of IGN and THQ Inc and none will be acknowledged or returned. Allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of prize.

9. Winner’s List, Official Rules: For the name of the prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by February 28, 2006 to: Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Demo Sweepstakes Winners, FilePlanet, 3070 Bristol Street, Suite 200, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. For a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 3/3/06 to: Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Demo Sweepstakes Winners, FilePlanet, 3070 Bristol Street, Suite 200, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. VT residents may omit return postage.
