Half-Life Dedicated Server v4.1.1.1e Beta Update [Win32]

This is the Half-Life Win32 dedicated server 4.1.1.1e beta update, incorporating serveral fixes for Half-Life, HLTV, DMC and Counter-Strike.

Valve has released a small update for those servers still running counter-strike 1.5 servers. The update applies only to servers running the 4.1.1.1 series of the Half-Life Server.

Added list of file extensions that cannot be downloaded with the dlfile command. The exclude list is currently: .cfg .ini .bat .exe .vbs .com .dll .lst .log. This prevents the published dlfile exploit.

Fixed incorrect time base being used for client prediction on server.
