Patch for Fly! II. Build version is 164.

Features:

Better frame rates - but primarly noticable on lower end systems

Steering reversed (ground steering) is fixed

Preference for linking ground steering to ailerons now saves

Default weight for all aircraft are now set

Hawker Rudder Bias switches - fixed

Hawker Engine fire warning system - fixed

Malibu landing gear lining up with wheel wells when retracted

Malibu Starter Switch - fixed

Kingair Firewall shut off valve switched - fixed

Kingair clock gauge - fixed

All Aircraft - adjust Strobe light timings

Generic Japan Airplanes 747 - fix model center on Medium and low poly.

Glass instruments in the Pilatus now work
