    Welcome to this week's edition of FilePlanet Weekly! Get thee hither, so I may brain thee. The Medieval II: Total War Demo snuck onto the 'net this past week when none of us were expecting it. It was as if a quiet evening at home suddenly erupted into a BROADSWORD FIGHT.
    My favorite part of the Total War games is how they take advantage of genuine tactics. With that in mind, here's my micro-mini-ubersmall strategy guide: 1. Keep a central strongpoint of infantry which can do your dirty-work and defend your archers 2. keep your General close to the battle, but don't commit him to a fight unless you're sure he'll come out on top 3. Cavalry! Keep lots of 'em, and use them to flank the enemy. Feel free to withdraw and regroup cavalry so they always have the advantage. Now go win some wars!
