Welcome to this week's edition of FilePlanet Weekly. A few months ago, I stepped into the role of Editor-in-Chief for FilePlanet.com. (Despite this, the site continues to prosper.) I'm happy to announce that some of the changes to the site, starting this week! If you'll check out the front page, you'll note some commentary by yours truly, as well as a new Indie Game Spotlight. We're also rolling out a new weekly feature, the FilePlanet Spotlight, which kicks off this week with the Freestyle Playa's Guide. (A guide to mastering the hoop in Sierra's strangely addictive massively multiplayer basketball game). But by far the biggest change is the addition of Our New FileBlog, with daily commentary, news links, and network happenings.
