Eternal Arena v6.2

This version brings Eternal Arena more inline with much of the features that have been in works with eSports Arena.

added Blood Lust gametype

added g_allowvadrigars to server info

added g_spawnquadwhore server admin option, quadwhore respawn time

added more anti-cheat measures and checks

added g_dis* items options to server admin menu

added g_allowBFG option to turn on/off bfg in GT_FULL or GT_CLAN

changed reordered server options

changed default starting health = 125

changed no movement if match is paused or timeout

changed dont allow 3rd person view as a spectator

fixed no weapon effect if match is paused or timeout

fixed counting down health over max
