Half-Life 2 - Assault Mod v8 [Beta]

HL2: Assault brings objective teambased gameplay to HL2DM. Either play on the rebel team following the numbered objectives on the radar, or on the Combine team, and hold out the defenses for more than 5 minutes.

Still in beta stage there are still a few bugs abound, but also totally playable, with several unique maps, custom music and brand new radar based objective system.
