Counter-Life Beta 4

Counter-Life is a single-player Half-Life mod which combines Half-Life with Counter-Strike. Purchase CS weapons after picking up cash from corpses.

You need to have the Retail Version of Half-Life (Cstrike Retail will not work), updated to at least 1.1.0.4 and Counter-Strike MOD v1.0+ installed!

DO NOT TRY TO RUN COUNTER-LIFE ON CS RETAIL, IT WILL NOT WORK.

In order to get weapons, you have to pick up money from the gibs of your enemys and buy your equipment at the health and battery rechargers. You can't pick up any weapons, ammo or armor in the levels. All the equipment must be bought.

Changes in 4.0:

-Added Installer

-Added Dual Berettas.

-Scope switching fixed.

-99 armor bug fixed.

-Weapon pick-up sprite fixed.

-Weapon bucket 6 'sound select', 'activation' and 'box' fixed. :D :D :D

-Removed command 'mc'.

-Player spawns with $800.

-Buying ammo without a weapon will no longer crash the game.

-Buy menus no longer 'stick' with you.

-Fixed G3SG1 and SG-550 ROF.

-Handguns ROF changed.

-M4A1 and USP silencer fixed (99% fixed).

-Shotguns working properly.

-Health and Armor now sold seperately.

-Bank toned down to $18000.

-Assault rifle scoping reduced.

-Now able to choose both your assault rifles.

-Glock18 mode switch fixed. Switching your weapons won't affect the last mode you chose.

-Readjust reloading time for guns.

-Readjust bullet spread for SMGs, assault rifles and M249.

-New money pick-up sound by HEaDShoT DeluXE.

-Readjust damages for guns.(That's it! This is going to be the last time!)

-AWP and Scout are now more inaccurate when not scoping and/or standing still.

-**Added missing healthkit - just type in 'give item_healthkit' and the game won't crash. This is for you cheaters!

-NEW COMMANDS: money = Full amount of cash i.e $18000 :(

bankrupt = No amount of cash i.e $0 :)
